Are some in your team struggling to manage change at the moment?

One of the big barriers to coping with change is an error in perception that change is moving prom static point A, to static point B. The reality is more akin to moving from fluid rhythm A to fluid rhythm B.

Why is this so important? Because people then convince themselves that they need to understand 100% of the new systems, dynamics and challenges before they give themselves the label of ‘connected’ or ‘on board’.

If we can manage a shift in mindset, more of our people will feel better at peace and excited about the future sooner. It feels manageable to get to a space of understanding 70% than it does understanding the fine detail and inter-connectivity of all the moving parts.
