We will then have a follow up call to discuss the priorities, outcomes, possible content and activities to optimise the time available.

Prior to delivery, you will receive a draft of the content for any final adaptations that may be needed.

"The leadership training day Scott delivered really helped shape our thinking about recruitment and developed the practice & rhythms of leading people in our teams. It felt like the right balance between challenging previous assumptions and offering practical approaches to provide solutions to the things that create barriers to the culture we want to set. I would recommend his training to anyone who wants to improve the outcomes of their high-functioning teams, whilst also fostering a learning culture that means staff want to stay and further develop their gifts."

"The ground that Scott covered with our teams has been fantastic. He was quick to listen and understand the emerging priorities and collaborated with Executive Leaders on the possible approaches for greatest impact. He helped us to design and implement a new performance management process, prepare for external quality assurance (which went very well) and refine our thinking around systems. The staff feedback from his training day was extremely positive and we have been impressed by the lasting impact of his guidance. I would recommend Scott to anybody who is serious about change management and organisation development – indeed, we are looking forward to working with him again!"

Leadership Training    1-day training to lift the leadership lid

A number of bespoke topics covered, tailored to meet your exacting requirements. Can include some of the themes above or all custom designed.

All training is underpinned by the latest evidence-based research in tested methodology and rooted in neuroscientific understanding. This means your team will acquire a balanced understanding of the important theoretical knowledge, as well as a toolkit of approaches they can use to see impact from day 1.

What do people say?

“…simply brilliant. I’ve never seen anything like this in all my years in business.” from the ‘Neurophysiology of Growth through Challenge’ feedback.

Facilitation    1-to-2-day journey to build understanding & alignment

Whether it’s 3-year strategic planning or a 1-off discrete project, these sessions focus on ‘where are we going, where are we now and what next’?

What does it involve?

Increased buy-in and motivation from activities designed to share insight – even from your most introverted analyticals – identifying key priorities, opportunities & blockages to discern an operationally practical strategic plan.

You will complete the process with a transformation map, key workstreams & gap analysis identified and greater unity on how these plans will be achieved.

What do clients say?

“So much of what we needed was already in the room, but your ability to pull together key themes and help us ask questions about priorities and ROI was key to helping us achieve a plan that we can all get behind”.

Team Coaching

2-to-5-day workshops for those determined to see breakthrough and improved outcomes

These packages are designed to identify and unblock sub-optimal ways of working, then move into planning for growth. Are there areas of work that could best be categorised as stuck or limiting? If so, this may be for you.

What does it involve?

Typically, guided conversations (where receiving and giving of feedback is modelled) to unpack the much-needed learning that has remained buried due to a fear of conflict.  Appraising current practice against a number of evaluation tools and identifying areas that will bring about the greatest improvements in ways of working. The 4 & 5-day options can incorporate facilitation, as above.

What do clients say?

“Thank you so much for leading us through this tough stuff. We trusted you to help us with issues, some of which were long-standing problems. I can’t thank you enough for all your help, I feel so much lighter and hopeful for our future plans”.

Useful tools to analyse current practice

Many organisations have a thorough appreciation of making decisions based upon actual data – being ‘completely factual’. However, few have all of the information that they would like at any one time, meaning they lack the some of the information upon which they would like to make decisions with greater confidence – they aren’t able to be ‘factually complete’.

Below is one example of the tools which can be used to appraise current practice, in the spirit of ‘facts are your friends’:

Your sessions have changed me as a leader for the better and I can't say a big enough thanks...I hope to see you next year.
